Service Description

DejaDo is a communication analysis tool that connects to your email, calendar, and messaging accounts to discover AI agent opportunities for your business. The service is provided by Kaizennovations LLC.

Account Requirements

  • You must create an account via Clerk authentication
  • You must have authorization to connect the accounts you link (your own accounts or accounts you administer)
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Only connect accounts you own or have authorization to analyze
  • Not use the service to surveil employees without their knowledge (team mode requires member opt-in)
  • Not attempt to extract data about third parties beyond what is necessary for pattern analysis
  • Not reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service APIs

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you provide to DejaDo. You grant us a limited license to process your data for the purpose of providing the analysis service. Analysis results (roles, opportunities, agent specifications) generated by the service are yours to use.

Team Mode

When you join a team:

  • You consent to your aggregated scan results (roles, patterns, collaboration summaries) being visible to your team admin
  • Your raw messages are never shared with other team members
  • Team admins can trigger cross-person analysis that identifies workflow patterns between team members
  • You can leave a team at any time

AI Processing

Your message content is processed by AI models (Anthropic Claude) to perform analysis. These models may occasionally produce inaccurate results. Agent recommendations are suggestions — you are responsible for evaluating and implementing them.

Service Availability

DejaDo is provided “as is” without warranty. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaizennovations LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of DejaDo. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
