What DejaDo Does

DejaDo analyzes your communication patterns to discover AI agent opportunities for your business. We connect to your accounts (Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Outlook) with read-only access, analyze message patterns, and surface recommendations.

Data We Access

  • Gmail — message metadata (sender, recipient, subject, date) and body text. Read-only access via Google OAuth.
  • Google Calendar — event titles, attendees, times. Read-only access.
  • Google Drive — file metadata only (names, types, modification dates). We do not read file contents. Read-only access.
  • Slack — channel messages, DMs, and thread replies via Composio. Read-only access.
  • Outlook — email metadata and body text via Composio. Read-only access.

How We Use Your Data

  • Classify messages as personal vs. marketing/automated
  • Cluster messages into communication patterns
  • Discover roles and collaborators from your communication
  • Extract commitments and follow-up patterns
  • Identify AI agent opportunities based on your real work patterns

All analysis is performed using AI models (Claude by Anthropic). Message content is sent to AI APIs for analysis but is not stored by those providers beyond the request.

Data Storage

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in the US. We store:

  • Message metadata and text (for analysis)
  • Analysis results (roles, patterns, opportunities)
  • OAuth tokens (to maintain your account connections)
  • Your Clerk authentication profile

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except:

  • AI analysis — message content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for classification and analysis
  • Team mode — if you join a team, your team admin can see your aggregated role and pattern summaries (not your raw messages)
  • Infrastructure — data is processed through Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), and Clerk (authentication)

Data Deletion

You can disconnect your accounts at any time. To delete all your data, contact us at lior@cto.com. We will delete all stored messages, analysis results, and account data within 30 days.

Google API Disclosure

DejaDo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
